Exceptional customer service has been an integral part of my position and I have always been dedicated to helping passengers in any way possible to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. One highlight of my career was being selected as ExpressJet Cleveland Flight Operations Supervisor. Here I honed my skills for handling daily operational issues, motivating individuals, regular communications with headquarters, while overseeing general efficiency of the base. As supervisor, I helped to train, develop, and motivate a staff of 250 pilots, optimize efficiency and facilitate operational improvements. I actively participated in strategic planning during irregular operations due to inclement weather, maintenance, or personnel issues.
